This notice covers snjcreative.com. It applies UK GDPR and EU GDPR, because we work from London and Madrid.
Who is responsible
SNJ Web Designs decides how your data is used. Email hello@snjcreative.com for anything in this notice.
Before launch: add the legal name of whoever is responsible for this data (a person or a registered business) and a postal address for legal notices. Spanish law (LSSI, article 10) requires the site to show this.
What we collect
- Project brief form: your name, email, business name, budget choice and message. You give us this to get a reply and a quote.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These exist to keep the site running and secure.
- Analytics, only if you accept: pages viewed and buttons used, tied to a random identifier stored in your browser. We ask Mixpanel not to use your IP address for location.
- Your analytics choice, stored in your browser so we do not ask again.
- Your language. Our hosting provider works out your country from your IP address for the moment your page loads, only to pick English or Spanish. We do not store or log it. If you use the language switch, a cookie remembers your choice.
The forms inside the six demo sites (La Parada, GRIT, Verdant, Halden, Casa Lirio and Brasa) do not send what you type anywhere. Those businesses are fictional.

Who receives it
- Our hosting provider, to serve the site and hold logs.
- The service that delivers briefs to our inbox.
- Mixpanel, only if you accept analytics. Mixpanel processes data in the United States under approved transfer safeguards.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep a brief for 12 months after your last message. If you become a client, project records are kept as long as the contract and tax rules require. Analytics data stays with Mixpanel until we delete it or you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to how we use it. Email us and we reply within one month. If you are unhappy, complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spain).
