These terms cover your use of this website. Paid work is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts. Nothing on this site is an offer that binds us to a price or a date.

The demo sites

La Parada, GRIT, Verdant Studio, Halden, Casa Lirio and Brasa are fictional. The businesses, people, addresses, phone numbers, reviews, prices and awards shown in them are invented. Photographs of people in the demos show real people unrelated to those businesses. You cannot book, buy or enquire through them. If a name matches a real business, the match is chance.

Prices

Prices shown are starting points. Your quote is the price, and we confirm it in writing, with any tax that applies, before you commit.

Our content

The SNJ Web Designs name, logo, design and code belong to us. Photographs come from openly licensed sources and stay under their own licences, listed on the credits page. Do not copy the site or present its demos as your own work.

Using the site

Do not attack the site, scrape it at a rate that harms it, or try to reach what is not public. If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@snjcreative.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before you share it.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available. We give no guarantee it is always available or free of errors. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights stay in place.

Law

These terms follow the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live.

Before launch: check this governing law fits how the business is set up, and add the legal name and address of the business here. UK and Spanish law both require a trader to show a name, a physical address and an email address on the site.
